CUISINE

Spanish

Perched above the bustle of Central, Quiero Más brings a slice of the Mediterranean to the heart of Hong Kong. Designed as an urban retreat, the space combines sun-drenched Spanish energy with a refined material palette—warm velvets, handcrafted tiles, and rich timber tones. The layout is open yet intimate, offering a series of curated corners for long lunches, golden-hour drinks, and lively dinners that stretch into the night.

The Challenge

Balancing a bold Mediterranean identity with the slick sophistication expected from a top-floor Central venue. It meant paying special attention to refine details, scale materials, and ensure daylight and skyline views enhanced—not competed with—the atmosphere inside.

What We Loved

We loved crafting Spanish warmth—sun-baked terracottas, ocean blues, and olive greens—layered with textures that feel both earthy and elevated. The mix of soft curves, handcrafted finishes, and patterned tiles brings the spirit of a lively Iberian summer indoors, no matter the season.

Secret Detail

Custom ceramic tiles embedded throughout the space subtly reference traditional Spanish patterns, creating a nostalgic thread woven through a very contemporary setting. The bar's stone top glows with hidden lighting, creating golden hour magic on demand.

"I’ve known Hernan for over 25 years and worked with CRAFT Design on more than 10 projects. He’s an exceptional designer, and someone I deeply trust and enjoy collaborating with. I turn to him for advice on every new concept I develop, and I truly look forward to creating many more restaurants together."
