Integrating authentic Bavarian ambience in a polished mall environment meant playing up warmth and character. We included layered exposed brick, tactile wood and metal fixtures, and added the outdoor beer garden—complete with string lights and greenery—to break the mall’s rigidity and introduce an intimate, neighbourhood‑style setting.

What We Loved

The full-sized, pedal-powered beer bike parked on the terrace—Oktoberfest fantasy. This quirky centrepiece sets the tone for Prost’s personality. Fun, social, a little wild—and unmistakably Bavarian.
